In the heart of Alice, Texas sits the Meridian Care of Alice nursing campus — a facility that embraces both traditional care as well as modern treatments and amenities. Our two buildings are beacons of hospitality for our local community as well as the surrounding cities and towns. We offer rehabilitation services, long-term care, respite care, hospice care, memory care and many other services for our residents.

Our focus on compassion and quality-of-care sets us apart from other facilities. Our highly trained nursing staff provides both our residents and their families with a comfortable and warm environment focusing on healing, enriching goals, and superior care.

As a WellMed Prefered Provider, we are able to work with the doctors and medical staff that you already know and trust. As a VA Certified Facility, we can provide the nursing and medical care benefits you have earned through your service to our country.

In addition to our nursing and rehabilitation services, we also provide classes and testing for CNA certification. Our goal is to train and certify nursing staff using the same high quality standards that are utilized by all of our highly trained professionals.

Two buildings, named The Meridian and The Drake, comprise our campus. The Meridian offers exceptional Long-Term Care as well as Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Services. The Drake includes these same services but provides them in a Secure Memory Unit to support residents with Alzheimer's and other forms of dementia.
